Who We Are

We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Biggert’s Hearing Instruments, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Our audiologists are NC State licensed in audiology and hearing aid dispensing and nationally certified with the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and are fellows of the American Academy of Audiology. In order to maintain these credentials, each of them must obtain continuing education hours for the current year. They enjoy taking classes to keep current with new technology, best practices and professional issues.

Deb Biggert, audiologist and owner of Biggert's Hearing Instruments, Inc., has practiced in the field of audiology since 1991 and established her own private practice in 2000.

Amy Miller

Patient Services Coordinator

Amy Miller is a permanent fixture here at Biggert’s.  Her infectious personality makes the office an enjoyable place.  She eagerly serves all our patients with a smile and is always looking for ways to improve the patient experience.  She is originally from Miami, FL but calls the mountains of WNC home. She enjoys being outdoors with her Border Collie, Goober.


Jamie Martin

Front Office Staff

Jamie has taken residency here in N.C after a long time of dreaming about it. While moving around so many years with being a military brat and then military herself, she is very excited to call the mountains her home. Her goal is to give our patients a personable experience and to make them feel like family. Hiking brings her joy along with her daughter who serves in the U.S. Army.


Lauren West

Lauren is a Hendersonville Native and a North Henderson graduate (Go Knights!). She loves working in customer service and has been in the medical field for over 12 years. On the weekends she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Jordan and their two kids, exploring WNC and the surrounding areas.


Debbie Gray

Debbie moved to Hendersonville 3.5 years ago after being a life long Floridian. She has fallen in love with WNC and is happy to call it home. With over 20 years in the medical field, she brings passion and cheerfulness to each patient interaction. Debbie, along with her husband Danny, are enjoying exploring all WNC has to offer.
