After years of battling tinnitus, including trying other hearing aids and masking devices from other audiologists, only after consulting Deb Biggert and her prescribing Widex hearing aids has my tinnitus virtually disappeared. Anyone can dispense hearing aids, but it appears that it takes someone like Deb to know HOW to use them and acclimate the patient so that he/she gets the best and most efficient use out of them. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I want to thank you and your staff for the pleasant and helpful service you provide me with my hearing aids. I have realized that the ongoing service for my hearing aids is so important for their functionality.
I have always been cost conscious. Big box retailers can offer low initial price offerings, but in my opinion, that price is far outweighed by having you available here locally for visits and weekly cleaning at no cost. Hearing aids need constant cleaning and adjustment to make hearing as clear as it can possibly be.
Thank you and your staff for helping me with my hearing throughout the year. I will continue to recommend Biggert’s to anyone I know who is struggling with hearing loss.
